We are seeking to recruit a full-time Maintenance Officer to join our growing team at PASCAL Lefkosia Campus.

Requirements
- Conduct routine inspections of the organisation’s facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Conduct routine checks of safety equipment and emergency tools, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Respond promptly to any maintenance emergencies or security incidents on the premises and taking appropriate action
- Collaborate with other colleagues, contractors, and external agencies to coordinate maintenance projects and services
- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, repairing door locks, and fixing leaks
- Assist with transferring and setting up equipment for organisation's events and activities
- Open and close the main doors of the organisation’s premises, ensuring that security protocols are followed
- Acquire any other duties assigned by the management and are related to the activities of the Maintenance Department
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and time management skills
- Physical stamina
- Reliability and punctuality
